App is a daily habit goal program for changing life style. It will help you through setting new habits and add new insights within 3 main aspects:

  • Motion days
  • Nutrition days
  • Meditations days
  • Pay it forward missions.

The concept come from the film “Pay it forward”.  Consist in doing 3 main important daily deeds to people that won’t be able to “pay it/you back” but that they will need to do the same  to others.

This is a humanitarian way to help others not expecting something but we know very well today that helping others makes us happier and healthier.

Version 1.0 is made with Xamarin with Csharp programming language into a iOS framework.
