The concept come from the film “Pay it forward”. Consist in doing 3 main important daily deeds to people that won’t be able to “pay it/you back” but that they will need to do the same to others.
This is a humanitarian way to help others not expecting something but we know very well today that helping others makes us happier and healthier.
